I'm looking into lifting procedures for the first time, and I'm confused because there are so many types.

Honestly, I thought lifting procedures were still a long way off for me, but lately, when I compare my jawline and cheeks to old photos, they definitely look different, so I’ve started looking into it seriously. I feel like the sagging is more noticeable, especially when I wake up in the morning or when I’m tired in the evening, and I’ve also started to get self-conscious about my nasolabial folds, which I didn't even notice before.

After looking into it, I found that there are far more types of lifting procedures than I expected. Names like Ulthera, Shurink, InMode, and Thermage all came up, but I wasn't sure how they work or which one is best suited for different skin conditions. I heard they are divided into ultrasound and radio frequency categories, so I'm curious which one is generally considered first if it's my first time. I've also heard that some people get both together, but I'm not sure if that is actually more effective.

I would also like to ask about swelling and redness after the procedure, as well as the time it takes to return to daily life. Since I work, being able to go to work the very next day is quite important to me. I would appreciate it if I could also know how long it takes to feel the effects, the duration of the results, and the frequency for follow-up treatments.

Since it's my first time and there are many things I don't know, I asked a few questions. I would be really grateful for any advice from someone who knows a lot.
