Shrink Universe Lifting Pain and Timing of Effects

My skin elasticity has dropped significantly, causing my cheeks to sag and a double chin to form, and I can visibly see my facial contours collapsing. I am looking into Shurink Universe because I heard it is very effective among lifting procedures. Since I am a total wimp and sensitive to pain, I am very worried about how painful the procedure will be. I have heard that Universe is less painful and faster than regular Shurink, so I am curious to know how that actually applies. Also, I would like to know if the V-line effect appears immediately after the procedure, or if it takes a few weeks for elasticity to gradually improve. Typically, how many shots are needed to see results on my sagging cheeks?
