When do the lifting effects of Ulthera usually become visible?

hello :)
Lately, I feel like my jawline has sagged compared to before and my cheeks look a bit saggy, so I am looking into lifting procedures. I have seen that many people get lifting treatments like Ulthera or Shurink, so I am writing to inquire about when the effects actually appear and how long the results last.
My skin is on the thinner side, and I do not want hollows in my cheeks. Would it be okay to get a lifting procedure even in this case? I am also curious whether the effects are visible immediately after the procedure, or if it takes a few weeks for the skin to naturally lift.
I would also like to know how many shots are usually recommended for first-timers and how much pain is involved. I am leaving this inquiry to get some reference before my consultation.
Please reply. Thank you :)
