I have thin cheeks; will my cheeks not hollow out even if I get the Shrink Universe treatment?

Hello. I am in my late 20s and considering a lifting procedure because I feel like my facial contours are sagging lately. People around me have recommended Shurink Universe, saying it is faster and much less painful than the previous version.

However, since I have very little fat on my face, I am worried that I might experience side effects such as sunken cheeks or a peanut-shaped face after receiving Shurink Universe.
