Has anyone seen results from Shrink Universe for a double chin and jawline refinement?

Hello. I am stressed about my unusually thick double chin compared to my body and my blurred jawline. While browsing a dermatology chain app, I came across reviews for Shurink Universe, and I noticed many posts saying it is very effective for contouring.

I am quite timid, so I am most worried about the pain. I am wondering if the pain from Shurink Universe is truly tolerable with just anesthetic cream compared to regular Shurink. I would also like to know how many shots are generally appropriate when treating mainly the double chin area.
