Worried about my sagging jawline ㅠㅠ Is the effect of lifting procedures for an office worker in their 30s real?

I am a worn-out Korean office worker in my early 30s. Honestly, back in my 20s, even if I stayed up all night working overtime, the swelling in my face would completely disappear the next day, and my jawline would be perfectly defined in a V-shape. But now that I’ve turned 30, I can feel gravity pulling down on my chin day by day in real time. Every time I look in the mirror, I see the nasolabial folds next to my nose and the skin under my chin sagging downwards. The stress is off the charts; I hate taking photos and feel like smashing the mirror. No matter how hard I scrub my chin with a gua sha in the morning, by the afternoon, I’m so exhausted that my skin is sagging like a bulldog's.

So, I don't think home care or just grabbing collagen supplements will be enough to fix this, so I'm thinking of biting the bullet and visiting a dermatologist. I asked my peers, and they told me that for someone like me who really feels their skin losing elasticity and sagging, nothing else matters and laser lifting is the most effective solution. However, with options like Ultherapy and Thermage, there are so many reviews saying they are too expensive and painful, so the more I look into it, the more my head feels like it's going to explode.

What I am most curious about is whether getting an expensive lifting procedure at a dermatology clinic on a jawline that has already sagged will really produce dramatic results, tightening it up just like it did in my 20s. It’s not cheap, and I’ve heard the pain is bone-shattering enough to bring tears to your eyes even with anesthetic cream. Please share your honest reviews, those of you who have gone through this, to see if the visible effects are worth spending my hard-earned paycheck and enduring that terrible pain. I desperately await cold, realistic answers from true veterans on whether it is worth taking time out of my busy weekends to pay for this!
