Do you really feel like your skin is getting firmer?

For those of you who have tried Density High, do you really feel like your skin is getting firmer?

I am looking into lifting treatments because of sunken cheeks and fine lines, and Density High has caught my eye lately because it is said to tighten both the surface and deep within the skin. I am curious if it is definitely effective in firming the skin from within and refining the jawline.

Honestly, I'm afraid some existing procedures might make my cheeks sag, and the others are ridiculously expensive, so I'm looking into alternatives.

Is the pain bearable when getting the shots with anesthetic cream applied? How many days usually does it take to see the face becoming visibly firm after getting 300 or 600 shots? Please share some real reviews.
