I am worried because my facial contours look dull due to a double chin and sagging jowls.

My weight hasn't changed, but as I get older, my cheek fat has sagged downwards like bulldog cheeks, and with the added double chin fat under my jaw, my facial contours feel dull and sagging. I really want to get these uneven lines smoothed out and a lift done!
