As I get older, I'm worried about wrinkles. What kind of lifting procedures do you get?
As I get older, I am so stressed because every time I look in the mirror, I notice deep wrinkles that weren't there before. In particular, the crow's feet around my eyes and the nasolabial folds around my mouth, which used to only appear when I smiled, now feel like they have become clearly ingrained even when I have a neutral expression. When I wear makeup, the foundation gets stuck in the wrinkles, making me look even older. My overall impression looks gloomy and weary, so I am afraid to look in the mirror.
It seems like my wrinkles are getting deeper due to the strong UV rays in the summer, and perhaps because of the dry air from the air conditioner, even my fine lines are exploding. It seems like eye creams or anti-wrinkle cosmetics aren't effective on wrinkles that have already formed.
Should I visit a dermatologist to get a procedure that fully fills in deep wrinkles and prevents them from becoming permanent? I'm worried that Botox or fillers might look artificial, so if you have any experiences with skin boosters or lifting treatments that naturally improve wrinkles, please recommend some! I desperately need advice.
