My face shape is similar to my mom's, so I'm worried about sagging later on. Is there a concept of pre-emptive lifting treatments?

My face shape is really similar to my mom's, haha. Even when I was little, relatives would say we looked exactly alike, but lately, looking at my mom's face, I've been thinking that I'll probably turn out similar someday.
My mom's lower facial contours have softened a lot as she's gotten older, so I'm already getting unnecessarily self-conscious about it haha.
Although my skin isn't severely sagging yet, I'm curious if there are people who get lifting procedures in advance as a way to manage elasticity.
Of course, I can't know exactly how it will change later, but I was wondering if the direction of change might be somewhat similar among family members if their skin thickness or facial fat distribution is similar.
I don't want to make a drastic change right now; I just want to manage it in a way that prevents my facial contours from fading too rapidly in the future.
Is it meaningful to mention things like family history during a lifting consultation?
I am also curious if, when there hasn't been much change yet, people often start with a less burdensome method rather than a strong lift.
I really don't want to start too early and end up looking like I've lost weight or my face has become too tight. I just want to be able to maintain my original look for a long time.
Has anyone started lifting treatments in advance after seeing their parents' facial changes in a similar way?
I'm also curious if you felt it was helpful after consistently managing it for a few years, or if you thought there was no need to start too early haha.
