My face looks bumpy because of my peanut-shaped face.

I’ve never liked my face shape, but lately, I’ve been even more self-conscious about it whenever I take photos. My cheekbones look slightly protruding, while the area below them—the cheeks—is sunken, and it feels like the volume returns as it goes down toward my jaw. I think I have what is commonly called a "peanut-shaped" face; it’s stressful because my facial lines aren't smooth and the curves look very prominent.
I'm not sure if this is simply due to a lack of facial volume or if it's a problem caused by sagging cheeks. For this face shape, I'm wondering if it's better to get a procedure to add volume or to address the sagging areas with a lifting treatment.
I am looking into lifting procedures such as InMode, Shurink, and Onda, but is there a possibility that they might actually worsen the hollowing of my cheeks? Since I do not have much facial fat, I want to avoid procedures that aim to reduce fat indiscriminately. I would appreciate advice from hospital staff on what criteria are used to determine the direction of treatment for a peanut-shaped face, and what treatments I should consider to naturally refine my facial lines.
