I have dry skin; would it be okay for me to get Ulthera or Dencerty lifting?

Lately, I feel like my facial elasticity is gradually decreasing, so I am looking into lifting procedures.
I wondered if it might be too early to get a full-scale lift, but my cheeks look saggier than before and my jawline feels blurry, so I wanted to start managing it in advance.
However, my skin is naturally very dry, so I'm worried that my skin condition might get worse after the procedure.
Especially during the change of seasons, my face feels tight even after just washing it, and sometimes even turns red, so I tend to be careful when using cosmetics.
I recently became interested after seeing a post about Ultherapy Prime on Maypure, and since there are also radiofrequency lifting treatments like Denserty, I became curious about the differences.
I have heard that Ulthera uses ultrasound and Dencerty uses radio frequency, and I would like to know if there is a procedure that is relatively less burdensome for people with thin and dry skin.
Is it possible for the skin to feel temporarily tight or become severely dry after a lifting procedure? Since my skin barrier is generally on the weaker side, I am concerned about irritation from the heat or lingering redness.
I am also wondering if it might be better to postpone the procedure if my skin has become sensitive and I have dead skin cells or breakouts.
I would like to know if it is helpful to provide sufficient moisturizing care before the procedure, and if I can continue to use my usual moisturizing cream or soothing products after the procedure.
I'm also curious if the types of lifting procedures offered at Maypure vary by branch. Should I check in advance if they have the equipment I want before getting a consultation?
Has anyone with dry or sensitive skin tried Ulthera or Dencerty?
Please share your actual experience regarding how long skin dryness or redness lasted after the procedure, and whether you were satisfied with the improvement in elasticity.
