I'm curious how you manage your meals when you eat out or have plans once you start using Wegobi haha.
For me, the hardest part of dieting isn't the meal plan, but the days I meet people lol.
Since I eat alone on weekdays, I can moderate my diet with things like chicken breast or salad. But as soon as the weekend comes, I have plans or eat out with my family, so it feels like all the effort I put in during the week is going back to square one.
So, while looking into Wigobi, what I was most curious about was how meals would change in real life.
For those of you who have started using Wegobi, do you naturally eat less when dining out? I'm usually the type to finish all the rice when I go out for meat, but I'm curious if using Wegobi makes you feel full at some point and naturally put down your spoon.
Conversely, I am also wondering if my stomach might feel uncomfortable if I try to eat like I used to.
I don't have the confidence to live on salads alone for the rest of my life, haha. So, I want to develop a habit of eating my usual foods but controlling the portion sizes. Are there many people who eat this way while using WeGobi?
I am also curious about social drinking. I have a casual drink with friends about once or twice a month, but I would like to know if it is better to avoid such gatherings once I start Wegobi, or if I need to discuss this separately when getting the prescription.
And it bothers me even when I go on trips. Half of the fun of traveling is eating, so I worry that if my appetite decreases a lot, I might lose interest in food itself.
While weight loss is important, I don't think I can sustain a lifestyle that makes my social life and daily routine too inconvenient for long, so I am most curious about how my actual life will change.
Are there any of you who are managing your weight while using Wegobi, eating out, and traveling?
I'm also curious if you were able to naturally adjust just your portion sizes without drastically changing your daily routine, or if you had to pay quite a bit of attention to the types of food you eat as well.
Please share your actual experiences, especially regarding any inconveniences you experienced when dining with family or friends.
