Lately, my pants have felt strangely tight and uncomfortable. I kept putting it off, but I finally stepped on the scale today. I was somewhat prepared, but I was truly shocked when I saw the number right in front of me.
I feel like dieting is absolutely impossible on my own anymore, so I’m thinking of seeking medical help.
