What should I do about the burn scar on my chest?

Due to a medical accident(?), the skin on my chest looks like it was burned.

Actually, it’s fine as it is, and while it might look a bit odd, I don’t really have any reason to show it around, so it’s okay.

I would like to consider it if I get the chance.

I would like to know, even briefly, how this can be resolved, such as the name of the procedure, cost, and duration.
