Is there anything I can do at home to manage redness in my cheeks and dullness under my eyes in late autumn?
I have to go out a lot, so I often get exposed to the cold wind. Lately, when I come home, my cheeks are really red.
The photo was taken of the side of my cheek. You can see redness and small marks together.
I often hear that I look tired because the area under my eyes is dull. I do get enough sleep, but that is how it is.
I'm wondering if there are things I can try changing at home before getting the procedure. Things like the water temperature when washing my face or the order of moisturizing.
I would like to know if I can receive the laser treatment immediately if there is redness, or if soothing care is performed first. I am also curious if you assess the under-eye area during the consultation to determine if the redness is due to pigmentation or shadows.
I apply sunscreen every day, but I haven't been doing anything special to block the cold wind. I'm wondering if covering up with a mask or scarf helps.
If anyone knows, please let me know.

💊 My neck wrinkles look deeper during the change of seasons~ What kind of treatment should I get?[2]
CommentsThere are definitely limits to neck wrinkles with home care alone. Since wrinkles seem to stand out more during seasonal changes due to dryness, please make sure to moisturize well. Also, because the appropriate treatment varies depending on each individual's neck condition, I recommend asking about the treatment frequency and duration of the results during the consultation!170026.11.03 - 03CommentsI've been worried lately because my cheeks have been itchy and red, just like yours, so it's great to hear your story. I've heard that it's better to hydrate with a serum first rather than using an oily cream, so it might be a good idea to get some advice!190026.11.03
- 01CommentsIf it stings even after applying moisturizing cream, it might indicate that your skin barrier is weakened rather than just being dry. If it were me, instead of getting a skin booster right away, I would consider reducing the use of irritating products for a while, stabilize your skin condition with soothing care, and then think about the procedure.350026.10.30
