I am considering Pico Toning because of my freckles and blemishes. What is the typical cost?

I've been spending a lot of time outdoors lately, and now freckles and blemishes have really flared up on my cheekbones. I thought I was diligently applying sunscreen, but it's so stressful every time I look in the mirror. They don't cover well even with makeup unless I use concealer, so I think I'll eventually need laser treatment. I've looked into it and heard that Pico Toning is more effective and takes less time than regular toning lasers for pigmentation treatment. Is that true?

I've been looking for local dermatology clinics or places in Hongdae and Gangnam that are running promotions, but I have no idea how much a 10-session Pico Toning package typically costs. I've heard rumors that very cheap places are "factory-style" and do a sloppy job, and that expensive doesn't necessarily mean good, so choosing a clinic is really difficult.
