For those considering a procedure for dry skin in late autumn, I’d like to know what to check before a consultation.

Lately, my skin feels very tight after washing it every morning, and the area around my cheeks looks dull even during the day, so I am looking for ways to care for my skin. Changing my cosmetics hasn't made much of a difference, so I am considering looking into cosmetic procedures.

However, when I actually looked into consultations, I found it difficult to distinguish whether the dryness was due to a moisturization issue, a skin barrier problem, or some other cause. I am curious about the criteria for whether it is safe to receive treatment immediately in this condition, or if I should focus on lifestyle management first.

I would also like to ask what questions I should prepare for the consultation. For example, how you diagnose my skin condition, how you differentiate between cases where moisturizing alone is sufficient and those requiring treatment, and how long dryness or redness lasts after the procedure.

For those considering the procedure, I am also curious to know what you prioritized most during the consultation. It would be very helpful if you could share your experience on how you assessed actual skin changes, rather than focusing solely on cost or appointment intervals. Thank you.
