Late autumn care for combination skin: Is there a way to control both oil and dryness?
I have combination skin where my forehead and nose are oily, but my cheeks and the corners of my mouth feel tight. It’s even trickier to manage when it’s dry like it is these days.
If I apply a generous amount of cream, my T-zone gets even shinier in the afternoon. If I apply it lightly, the corners of my mouth turn white and flaky.
The photo was taken from the front. The area around the mouth and cheeks looks a bit dry.
I am wondering if I need to use different products for different areas of my face, or if it is better to get treatment at a dermatologist's office. If I do get a procedure, I would also like to know what criteria are used to select products for combination skin.
Perhaps because I frequently move between indoors and outdoors for work, my skin seems to become easily sensitive to temperature changes. Should I mention this during the consultation? I would appreciate it if you could also look into the dryness around my mouth that I asked about last time.

💊 My neck wrinkles look deeper during the change of seasons~ What kind of treatment should I get?[3]
CommentsThere are definitely limits to neck wrinkles with home care alone. Since wrinkles seem to stand out more during seasonal changes due to dryness, please make sure to moisturize well. Also, because the appropriate treatment varies depending on each individual's neck condition, I recommend asking about the treatment frequency and duration of the results during the consultation!200026.11.03 - 03CommentsI've been worried lately because my cheeks have been itchy and red, just like yours, so it's great to hear your story. I've heard that it's better to hydrate with a serum first rather than using an oily cream, so it might be a good idea to get some advice!210026.11.03
- 01CommentsIf it stings even after applying moisturizing cream, it might indicate that your skin barrier is weakened rather than just being dry. If it were me, instead of getting a skin booster right away, I would consider reducing the use of irritating products for a while, stabilize your skin condition with soothing care, and then think about the procedure.370026.10.30

- 03CommentsIf it is difficult to go out without lip balm, it must be really miserable every change of season. I sympathize with your curiosity about whether it is simply dryness or if there is another cause.290026.10.31
