My drain gets clogged when I wash my hair and my scalp is thinning. Will Pantodil be effective? ㅠㅠ

I've been so busy with work and under excessive stress lately that the amount of hair I'm losing is seriously alarming. It gives me a heart attack to see the drain completely full of hair right before my eyes after washing it, and the crown of my head looks thinner than before, making me feel like I'm going to get depression. I've switched to expensive shampoos and sprayed scalp ampoule essence every day, but nothing seems to work, so I'm looking into the Pantodil treatment at a dermatology clinic. I'm really curious if noticeable fine hairs will sprout even for someone with M-shaped hair loss on the crown or severe itching and dryness of the scalp.
