Inquiry about removing a mole on the back of the hand

I want to remove the moles on the back of my hand that I have had since birth.

It is on the back of both hands.

It wasn't that noticeable when I was young, but as I get older, perhaps due to aging, the pigmentation has become darker and looks like age spots, so I would like to have them removed.

They are not protruding dots, and the size of a single dot is mostly 0.5mm or less.

However, since there are many dots spreading out rather than just one or two, I don't even know what the price is.

If I were to count them, it seems like there are more than 10.

I am wondering if it is okay to remove this type of mole with a laser just like a regular mole, and if it will not recur.

I am asking if there are any other cases like mine.
