My flat warts have started spreading again. I had them all removed with a laser at a dermatologist's office a while ago. I thought they were clear for a while, but at some point, they started popping up much more than before. I heard that an immune system issue is the cause, but I don't know specifically how to boost my immunity. I think I exercise diligently, am careful about what I eat, and am getting enough sleep, but they keep appearing like this. I worry that even if I spend money to get them removed this time, they might just come back. On the other hand, if I just leave them alone, they will spread endlessly, so it’s driving me crazy. I'm also worried that I might infect my family. It makes me depressed to see them increasing one by one every time I look in the mirror.
