My hairline is starting to recede. Will a hair loss treatment help my fine hairs grow back?

My heart sinks every time I look in the mirror because I can see the edges of my forehead on both sides gradually receding whenever I push my hair back or the wind blows. My fine baby hairs, which used to be thick, suddenly became as thin and lifeless as downy feathers, and now my hairline has started to look like a deep, angular M shape, almost like a completely empty space.
