Won't those bumpy things on my armpits spread?

Lately, I have been getting several small, bumpy spots under my armpits, not just one or two, and it is really bothering me. At first, I thought they might be pimples or an allergic reaction, but after looking it up, I found out they could be signs of aging, such as milia or skin tags. I am worried that if I leave them alone, they might spread or get bigger.

I am worried because it seems to appear more easily, especially in the summer, due to increased sweating and friction. I am not sure if I need to have them removed or if it is okay not to manage them. Has anyone else struggled with these bumpy things on their underarms like I have? I would like to hear your experiences or advice on whether it is okay to just leave them alone or if it is better to have them simply removed at a dermatologist's office. Sharing care methods or lifestyle tips would also be a great help.
