It feels flabby; can I feel the lifting effect from the skin Botox?

It doesn't go as far as shaving bones or tightening muscles, but I feel like the outer layer of my entire face has lost its taut tension and is slowly sagging downwards. When I tap my cheeks, they completely lack the firm elasticity to spring back and feel flabby; consequently, my jawline looks dull and my facial contours appear spread out. Instead of using ultrasound or radiofrequency lasers that burn deep layers, I sought a method involving skin Botox injections up to the jawline to tighten the surface tension of the skin, effectively tightening the entire face to make it look like a perfect bond. Is there actually a noticeable lifting effect where the sagging skin surface is pulled upwards to neatly refine the lower face line?
