My nose and cheeks have very different skin types; is it possible to provide treatment for each area?
The skin condition around my nose and on my cheeks is so different that I am wondering if it is okay to manage my entire face using just one method.
My nose gets oily and my pores become visible just a few hours after washing my face, whereas my cheeks tend to be dry and tight.
So, when I use products for oily skin, my cheeks feel uncomfortable, and when I use plenty of moisturizer, the area around my nose feels stuffy.
I am curious whether treatments or procedures at a dermatology clinic are applied uniformly to the entire face, or if they can be adjusted differently based on the condition of the nose and cheeks separately. For example, is it possible to manage oily areas accordingly and reduce irritation in dry areas?
I would also like to know if it is important to accurately check the skin condition before choosing the type of treatment, especially for combination skin like mine.
