Should I change my skincare routine when the seasons change?
In the summer, I was most concerned about oil and sebum around my nose, but as the weather gradually changes, the dryness and rough texture of my cheeks have recently become more noticeable. Since my concerns change with each season even though I have the same skin, I am wondering if it is right to keep getting just one type of treatment.
Is it common to focus on reducing oil during hot weather and shift your skincare routine to hydration or the skin barrier during dry seasons?
I would like to know if recommendations for dermatological procedures can vary depending on the season or my current condition. Rather than repeatedly undergoing specific treatments, I prefer to manage my skin according to its needs at the time.
When I have a consultation, would it be helpful to tell you not only my current concerns but also how my skin usually changes with the seasons to create a care plan?
