Hello. I am writing this inquiry because I am increasingly worried about the hives and itching that started suddenly recently.

Starting a few days ago, I began experiencing symptoms such as red spots and skin swelling resembling mosquito bites all over my body. The itching is particularly severe, making it difficult to carry on with daily activities and even sleep at night. The pattern of symptoms appearing, subsiding over time, and then resurfacing in different areas is repeating itself.

I don't think there have been any particular changes in my diet or environment, so I am frustrated because it is difficult to find the cause. I would like to know if it is possible to immediately undergo allergy tests (such as the MAST test) to identify the exact cause, in addition to a prescription for antihistamines, if I visit the hospital.

In addition, I would appreciate it if you could advise on what treatment strategy should be established before acute urticaria becomes chronic, and how long it typically takes for symptoms to subside. I will keep this in mind during my consultation.
