How do I get rid of sebum stuck at the tip of my nose and orange peel-like pores?

I am writing to ask about sebum and enlarged pores on my nose. I am really bothered by the dark sebum (blackheads) stuck to the tip of my nose. In the past, I used to forcibly squeeze them out with nose strips or extractors, and perhaps because of that, my pores have become wide open and enlarged, looking just like an orange or tangerine peel. They are not easily covered by makeup, and often the makeup gets stuck in the pores, making my nose look even messier.

Is there a way to gently dissolve embedded sebum without irritation and tighten already enlarged pores? I have heard that using cleansing oil to dissolve them is effective, but I would like to know the exact method or recommended products. Additionally, I would appreciate your advice on skincare routines or ingredients that are good for managing enlarged pores, or on effective dermatological procedures.
