How should I manage under-eye hollowness and dark spots around the eyes?

It feels so stifling whenever I look in the mirror.

I have many concerns about my face, but my biggest concern recently is hollowness under my eyes.

I have it on both sides, but the hollowing under my left eye is particularly severe, making me look very old.

And I also developed freckles at the corner of my eye, at the end of the indentation.

I want to restore the hollowness under my eyes and get rid of freckles. Is there a way to neatly refine the eye area to look younger?
