I'm worried because the melasma on my face, which has been there for a while, seems to have gotten darker lately. It covers up somewhat with makeup, but without it, it looks patchy, so I find myself constantly checking the mirror. When I looked into melasma treatments, I found there were so many different types of lasers, and it seems like every clinic recommends different methods. Since I've never had melasma treatment before, I feel a bit overwhelmed by the idea of undergoing multiple procedures right from the start. While searching, I saw that some clinics combine Pico Toning or various lasers, but I'm not sure which one would be right for me. For those of you who have received melasma treatment, what did you check during your initial consultation? Cost is important, but I'm struggling to decide because I want to avoid overly aggressive methods. If you have experience with melasma treatment, it would be really helpful if you could tell me how many sessions you received and how often you did them.
