I've been having trouble sleeping a lot lately; could this be affecting my skin condition?

Lately, I’ve been working late more often and spending a lot of time on my phone before bed, so I find myself falling asleep later and later. However, when I look in the mirror in the morning, my complexion looks dull and the under-eye area appears dark easily. This has made me wonder if lack of sleep affects my skin tone or elasticity. Although I tend to cleanse and moisturize consistently, there are more days when my skin looks rough and dry. I am concerned that I should review my lifestyle habits first before considering any procedures. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would be very grateful if you could share how you changed your sleeping habits and if there are any aspects of my daily routine I should check before consulting a dermatologist. I would also like to hear opinions on factors other than sleep duration, such as caffeine intake, water consumption, and whether stress can show on the face. I will carefully review your responses as they come. Thank you.
