Under-eye hollow filler swelling type

I got filler under my eyes yesterday.

I've had fillers more than once or twice, so I know about basic swelling.

But yesterday, the embossing with Meladuce was on the entire area except the eye area.

He left it like that, but he kept asking me about the parts that were created because of the embossing, so I told him that they weren't originally on my face.

After I got everything right, the embossed part was the same as the original, but I figured they would have taken the embossing into account and left it there, so I went home and slept.

But after the embossing started last night and I looked this morning, I noticed that only the area where I got the filler was swollen in a ring shape. Does swelling usually appear in a ring shape or ring shape after getting filler under the eyes?
