What should I do about unsightly horizontal neck wrinkles?

As the saying goes, "Time waits for no one."

As I get older, wrinkles are all over my face and hands.

Deeper, finer neck wrinkles than those on the face or hands!!!

The wrinkles on my neck are just getting deeper. Sigh.

 

My face is relatively elastic and wrinkle-free for my age.

My neck... 😭 The horizontal wrinkles are deeper than my age.

It's hideously deep.

 

I've been really self-conscious about my deep neck wrinkles for a long time and hated how they looked.

I'm getting even more worried these days!

 

Does the treatment method differ depending on whether the neck wrinkles are horizontal or vertical?

 

What procedures can improve deep neck wrinkles?

Botox? Fillers? Radiofrequency?

It seems like any procedure would be extremely painful. What is the pain like?
