Botox for forehead horizontal wrinkles

Is getting forehead Botox definitely effective for smoothing out wrinkles? I'm hesitant to make a decision because I'm worried about potential side effects, such as my eyebrows looking heavy or my vision becoming blurry after the procedure.

I am also curious about the pain and duration of the effect.
