Would Skin Botox be effective for pores and fine lines?

Lately, it seems like the pores in my butterfly zone have gotten wider, and I'm worried because I keep seeing my makeup settling into crease when I apply it... I don't think I can just leave it as it is, so I've been looking into various options...
