Sitting in front of a computer for long periods has worsened my forward head posture and rounded shoulders, causing the trapezius muscles on both sides of my neck to bulge out like mountains. The constant stiffness and aching in my shoulders are a problem, but what really upsets me is that my neckline looks short and thick, making me look much bulkier when I wear off-shoulder tops or clothes with low necklines. Even though I use a massage gun every day and diligently stretch with a foam roller, my shoulders harden like rocks again after just a few days, and my shoulder line shows absolutely no signs of dropping. I am considering getting this treatment to release muscle tension. After the procedure, did you feel any loss of strength when lifting your arms, and did you actually feel your shoulder line dropping and your neck looking longer?
