My fine lines around my eyes and between my eyebrows have deepened with the change of seasons. What is the best schedule for Botox injections and how long should the effects last?

Hello. Since the change of seasons, my skin has become particularly dry, and the fine lines around my eyes and between my eyebrows seem more pronounced than before, so I am writing to inquire about a consultation. The wrinkles, which used to only be visible when I smiled, now leave faint marks even when I have a neutral expression, so I am considering getting Botox for the first time.
I have three questions. First, when treating both the eye area and the glabella, how often are treatments typically spaced apart (about 3 to 4 months, or does it vary significantly from person to person), and when is the best time for the effects to appear after the first procedure? Second, what should be checked during the consultation to minimize side effects such as unnatural facial expressions or droopy eyelids? Third, I would like to know what precautions should be taken regarding daily care, such as washing my face, applying makeup, exercising, and using a sauna, on the day of the procedure and for the following few days.
Due to my work schedule, I often have to visit late in the evening, so I would also like to know if I can apply makeup the very next day after the procedure. As shown in the attached photo, my skin is quite dry, so please guide me on how to proceed without causing any issues with my skin condition. Thank you.
