I am told that I look tired because the corners of my mouth droop when I have a neutral expression. How do I get a consultation for lip corner Botox?

Lately, when I take photos, I often hear that I look sullen because the corners of my mouth droop when I'm not smiling. When I look in the mirror, I notice short wrinkles forming right next to the corners of my mouth, which seems to make them look even more saggy when I'm expressionless. As the weather gets colder and the area around my mouth becomes dry, these wrinkles seem to stand out even more. I heard about lip corner Botox, but I'm unsure if it might make my expression look awkward when I smile, or if it applies even to cases like mine where the sagging isn't severe.
- For drooping corners of the mouth, should I consult about Botox or fillers first?
- Can my facial expressions look unnatural when I speak or smile after getting lip corner Botox?
Can the short wrinkles next to the corners of the mouth also be examined during the same consultation?
Is there a way to manage wrinkles around the mouth to make them less noticeable during the dry season?
I am attaching a reference photo to show you a similar mouth corner condition.
