I'm upset because the sides of my nose and cheeks are really cracked.

It’s upsetting that the sides of my nose and cheeks crack so badly every time I apply makeup as the cold wind blows. Even when I apply a generous amount of expensive moisturizing balm before bed, my skin inevitably becomes dry by morning, and fine lines start to appear around my mouth. I feel like home care has reached its limit, so I am looking into wrinkle fillers or moisturizing injections. I am wondering if getting wrinkle fillers will immediately smooth out the fine lines that become prominent due to dryness. I am also concerned about potential side effects, such as the treated area becoming bumpy or unnaturally hard over time. Will I be able to get the procedure done in late autumn and keep my skin hydrated and firm? I have a lot of worries since this is my first time getting fillers.
