I overdid it over the weekend, so my skin is in terrible condition today.

I was so tired last night that I binge-watched a drama until 4 a.m. and then went to bed. This morning, I looked in the mirror and was really shocked.

 

The dark circles under my eyes extend down to my chin, and my cheeks are completely dry and puffy.

 

My skin was already a bit dry, but when my sleep pattern was disrupted, I felt my skin texture suddenly collapsing.

 

I put a cold pack on my face in the morning and went out, but by the afternoon, my base makeup was all gone, dead skin cells were highlighted, and it was a mess.

 

Today, I realized to my bones that skin condition is directly related to the amount of sleep you get.

 

Today, as soon as I get home, I have to wash off all my makeup, put on a generous sleeping pack, and then definitely pass out early.

 

Everyone, don't overwork yourself until it's too late! It'll damage your skin.
