저도 너무 많이 바르면 오히려 밀리더라고요.
Regarding the "cosmetic diet," I don't think applying a lot is necessarily a good thing.
In the past, I made sure to apply everything that was said to be good: toner, essence, serum, lotion, cream, oil... But at some point, I felt like my skin couldn't breathe, and my makeup started to cake. So, I boldly started a 'cosmetic diet' by drastically reducing the number of products I used.
Right now, I only properly apply two products: a functional ampoule tailored to my skin concerns and a moisturizing cream. However, by increasing the time I spend patting them in to aid absorption, my skin feels much more comfortable. What is your vanity like? Is it minimal or maximal?
There's another great benefit to going on a "cosmetic diet." My vanity space has expanded, and best of all, the cost of buying cosmetics has dropped dramatically! I found that saving that money to invest in a really good essence or buying something delicious to eat was actually more beneficial for my mental health. It offers the double benefit of giving your skin a rest and saving your wallet—I highly recommend it.
