My blemishes have gotten darker after the sports day and standing outdoor duty ㅠㅠ How should I schedule my Pico Toning treatments?

Hello everyone! Haha, half the week has already flown by. I’m writing this out of sheer frustration because my skin is in terrible condition, probably due to all the outdoor activities I’ve been doing these past few days. Due to the nature of my job, I have to attend assemblies on the schoolyard and handle quite a few outdoor duties, such as supervising sports days and field trips. I try my best to wear a hat pulled down low and apply the full amount of sunscreen—about two finger lengths—before heading to work, but it seems like the UV protection isn't perfect when I sweat and keep taking my mask on and off. In particular, after standing guard all day in the scorching sun a few days ago, I noticed that the faint pigmentation around my cheekbones and under my eyes had become incredibly dark starting that evening. At first, I thought it was just my imagination and that it would fade after a few days if I used a soothing mask, so I left it alone. However, as time went by, the dark spots became so distinct that it’s a battle every morning trying to cover them up with concealer. Since my makeup keeps getting thicker, by the afternoon, fine lines around my eyes become much more pronounced, and my face looks dull overall, making me feel like my overall impression is gloomy. ㅠㅠ

Feeling like I couldn't let this go on, I did a frantic online search for pigmentation treatments. I found so many posts saying that Pico Toning is the surefire cure for blemishes that suddenly darkened due to UV rays, just like mine. I was intrigued because it claims to cause less skin damage than traditional toning while specifically destroying only the pigment. Since it seems like many people get Pico Toning at Maypure, I wanted to ask a few questions. I’m curious about the typical interval between Pico Toning sessions. Some people say you should go consistently once a week for the pigmentation to fade quickly, while others say it’s better to schedule it every two weeks to prevent the skin from becoming thin. I’m conflicted because it’s a bit tight for me to go to the clinic after work on weekdays, so I think I’ll have to use the weekend. I want to create an effective schedule that isn't too strenuous. Also, I’d like to know if the laser treatment feels quite painful and how long the redness lasts. Since everyone's skin condition is different, the number of sessions will vary, but generally, how many Pico Toning treatments do I need to feel a noticeable difference when looking in the mirror—that my skin has brightened up and faded a bit? I really want to take this opportunity to get rid of those stubborn blemishes under my eyes properly by sticking to the exact Pico Toning schedule. I would be truly grateful if members with experience could leave lots of advice in the comments. Have a relaxing evening, everyone!!

야외 활동 많아서 잡티 짙어지셨네요. 피코토닝 주기 1-2주로 잡아보세요.
