My sunken cheeks and nasolabial folds... How long will the filler last?

Hi haha. I went on a pretty intense diet and lost weight, but I also lost the unwanted fat in my face, so lately I've been hearing a lot that I look like a total skeleton ㅠㅠ. My cheeks are especially sunken and my nasolabial folds have deepened, making me look at least 5 years older than my actual age, so it's really stressing me out haha. I feel like I can't go on like this, so I'm seriously considering getting fillers, which are said to instantly restore lost volume haha. To be honest, I've been holding back because I'm scared of putting foreign substances into my face, but I think it would be better for my mental health to just close my eyes and get the fillers rather than feeling depressed every time I look in the mirror ㅠㅠ. But what I'm most curious about is the duration of the effect depending on whether the filler is domestic or imported haha. I feel like it would be such a waste of money if I spent a lot of money and made a big decision to get the procedure, only for it to suddenly disappear in a few months ㅠㅠ.
