Can I apply makeup immediately after getting an acne treatment? ㅠㅠㅠ

I have an important appointment next week, so I'm considering getting an acne treatment before then!! However, my biggest concern is my makeup ㅠㅠㅠ I have to go to work and meet people often, so it's not easy for me to go out for a long time without makeup.

I'm really curious if I can apply makeup immediately after getting an acne treatment. I've heard that redness lasts for quite a while even after just extractions, so I want to know if there is a big difference depending on the type of treatment. I'm especially worried about whether treatments like anti-inflammatory injections or lasers are noticeable until the next day lol.

I would be really upset if I got an acne treatment right before an important event and my skin ended up looking worse. I am wondering if I can apply cushion foundation immediately, or if I should take a break for a few days. I also want to know if applying makeup after the treatment could slow down recovery or cause more breakouts.

For those of you who have actually received acne treatments, please let me know how many days after the treatment you were able to wear makeup!! I would appreciate realistic reviews on whether it was okay to get the treatment before an important event~~
