How long does the swelling last after getting fillers?

I have an important appointment next week, so I'm seriously considering getting fillers before then!! However, my biggest worry is swelling ㅠㅠㅠ I have to go to work and meet people often, so it would be really troublesome if my face swelled up too noticeably. I would be so upset if I got fillers right before an important event and ended up looking even stranger in photos.

I’ve heard that fillers swell immediately after injection, so I’m really curious to know just how much swelling actually occurs. Some people say it’s fine in a day or two, while others say it felt awkward for over a week, so I’m really confused, haha. It seems like there’s a big difference depending on the area. I’ve also seen comments saying that lip fillers definitely swell more, while chin or nasolabial fold fillers swell relatively less. But since everyone’s body is different, I’m more curious to hear actual personal experiences.

I would like to know when the fillers will look natural and when I can wear makeup. I am especially worried because my swelling lasts a long time. I'm scared that if I get bruising along with it, it will be noticeable for a really long time. I keep hesitating because I'm afraid I might regret booking in a hurry.
