This is the question I'm most curious about, lol. I've heard that fillers are effective, but will I really see a noticeable change after just one session? Or do I need multiple sessions for them to settle naturally? I don't want any drastic changes; I just want a look that is a bit more refined and youthful.

I am particularly concerned about my nasolabial folds and jawline, so I am considering fillers. My nasolabial folds look deeper when I smile, which makes me feel older than I actually am, and I think my face shape would look much cleaner if my jawline were refined even slightly. However, I am worried that it might be embarrassing if it looks too obvious after just one session. I would also feel self-conscious if people at work noticed it immediately.

Hospitals usually advise starting with a small amount to see results, and I am curious if that is actually the case.
