My skin is sagging vertically ㅠㅠ How are the results of pore treatments?

I am an ordinary office worker. Honestly, back in my 20s, I thought things like primer were a waste of money, but now that I’ve turned 30, it feels like gravity is hitting my face hard every single day. Every time I look in the mirror, I can see the small, round holes next to my nose and in my butterfly zone sagging downwards and stretching into long, raindrop-like vertical shapes in real time. This is the vertical sagging and loss of elasticity caused by aging that I’ve only heard about, right? Even if I spend a lot of time applying cushion foundation in the morning, by the afternoon, the foundation gets stuck in the holes, and the stress is off the charts to the point where I want to smash the mirror.

So, I don't think home care ampoules or topical cosmetics will be enough to fix this, so I'm thinking of visiting a dermatologist. I asked around, and people told me that for someone like me who feels their pores are sagging due to a loss of elasticity, pore treatments like lasers are the most effective. However, there are so many different types—PicoFraxel, Potenza, Juvereign, and so on—and it's so complicated that the more I look into it, the more my head starts to hurt.

What I am most curious about is whether paying a lot of money for pore treatments consistently and multiple times will really produce dramatic results, tightening my skin back to its old state even if it is already as saggy as an orange peel. Honestly, it’s not cheap, and they scared me by saying it’s incredibly painful enough to bring tears to my eyes even with numbing cream. Please share some honest reviews from those who have experienced it to see if the results are definite enough to justify spending my hard-earned money and enduring the pain.

맞아요, 나이가 들수록 모공이 처져가지고 이것 때문에 참 고민이 많더라구요. 모공이 처제니까 피부 같이 처지는는 거 같고 너무 속상합니다.
