I've had it done before. How long do the effects of pore treatments last these days?

Now that I’m in my mid-40s, it’s really upsetting that even with makeup, the gaping holes in my butterfly zone aren’t properly covered, and my skin looks even messier when I’m barefaced. Since I'm in my mid-40s, my skin's regenerative capacity probably isn't what it used to be in my 20s or 30s, but I'm wondering if the results tend to last for over a year even with fewer visits than before.
