How long do the effects last if I receive about 10 hair loss treatments?

I use hair loss shampoos, ampoules, and even take biotin, but my hair keeps getting thinner, and I lose a handful every time I wash it. I can't bear it anymore. I'm worried about the side effects of getting a prescription for medication like Minoxidil from a doctor, so I decided on a hair loss treatment that would be more effective. Since I don't think I'll see results after just one or two sessions, I'm planning on a long-term strategy of about 10 treatments. How long do the effects last after 10 sessions? I'm curious about the average timeframe for when hair thickens and fine baby hairs start growing. Also, I heard that stimulating hair follicle stem cells extends the hair growth phase; do the baby hairs that grow after the treatment grow normally to make my hair thicker, or do they just grow to fill in the empty spots? I never thought hair loss would become my reality. It's sad, but I want to start managing it quickly to at least slow down the process.
